1.Role Overview
• Function: Information Technology / Global Security (IT/GS)
• Purpose of the Role:
• Ensure information security standards are implemented and monitored across client locations.
• Conduct security checks, vulnerability assessments, ID validation, log reviews, patching follow-ups, and audit support.
• Help reduce security risks by improving compliance, awareness, and controls.
• Work closely with internal IT/GS teams, operations teams, site stakeholders, and client representatives.
2. What the Role Mainly Focuses On
1. Security Operations
• TCP/IP scanning
• Health checks
• Log review
• Anti-virus management
• Server patch management
• Task closure tracking
2. Compliance and Audit
• Support compliance with PCI, ISO 27001, SSAE18 and client-specific requirements
• Prepare pre-audit and post-audit deliverables
• Recommend corrective actions for audit findings
• Interpret client contractual security obligations
3. Risk Management
• Conduct vulnerability scans
• Perform weekly RCSA
• Identify and mitigate security gaps
• Raise deviation requests where compliance gaps exist
4. Stakeholder Coordination
• Work with operations, IT/GS, and clients
• Support incident escalations
• Manage client assessments end-to-end
• Ensure participation, validation, reporting, and CAPA tracking
