Position: Store Security Associate Role
Ensure a secure environment as a Store Security Associate. Conduct daily patrols and respond to incidents while promoting safety and security throughout the facility.
In this role, you will create and maintain a safe environment for customers and associates alike. Your responsibilities include investigating financial and physical shrink, conducting patrols, and supporting emergency evacuation procedures when necessary. Clear communication with store leadership and timely reporting of findings are essential to mitigate losses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily security patrols of the store
• Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents
• Support store evacuation procedures during emergencies
• Communicate findings to Store Leadership
• Make necessary external arrests and support investigations
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Security Guard License is required
• Ability to clarify issues for others
• Strong communication skills
• Participate in team responsibilities as assigned
