Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote role for a Surveillance Agent. The Surveillance Agent will conduct investigations, perform covert operations, gather actionable intelligence, and prepare detailed reports based on findings. Responsibilities also include operating surveillance equipment, analyzing evidence, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to industry regulations. Collaboration with team members and delivering results within stipulated timelines are crucial aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in surveillance techniques, covert operations, and evidence collection.
- Strong observation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using surveillance tools, digital cameras, GPS, and related technology.
- Ability to draft detailed and accurate investigative reports.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong ethical conduct, punctuality, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable mode of transportation for fieldwork.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or equivalent experience is an asset.
- Previous experience in private investigation or security services is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to locations across Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and beyond if required.
- Strong adaptability and the ability to work independently under various conditions.
