You will be responsible for enforcing provincial regulations, responding to incidents, and preparing professional reports. Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce company policies and provincial regulations
• Monitor CCTV and control room equipment
• Manage site access and report hazards
• Respond promptly to security incidents
• Prepare daily and incident reports professionally
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of security experience preferred
• Valid Ontario Security License and First Aid certification
• Ability to operate CCTV software and two-way radios
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Education in law enforcement is an asset
