Your role
- Engage with the public compassionately, especially individuals from vulnerable sectors, showing empathy and respect in every interaction.
- Work in the heart of Downtown Toronto across different parking facilities.
- De‑escalate conflicts calmly using sound judgment, communication, and situational awareness.
- Act as a first responder, providing immediate support in medical or crisis situations until emergency services arrive.
- Patrol parking environments — including lots, stairwells, and exteriors — to maintain a visible and reassuring presence.
- Monitor alarms and surveillance systems, ensuring equipment is functional and incidents are addressed promptly.
- Deliver professional customer service, assisting clients and visitors with inquiries or concerns.
- Document incidents and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as required.

What you bring
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification – WSIB approved.
- Ability to stand and patrol for 12‑hour shifts.
- Ability to conduct interior and exterior patrols in extreme weather conditions.
- Minimum 1 year of tactical experience engaging with members of the vulnerable population.
- Police Foundations diploma or previous police/military experience (strong asset).
- Availability for day shifts throughout the week (Must be available for Full‑Time 12‑hour continental shifts, Mon to Sun 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM).
