Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities will also involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience only in IT Services recruitment
- Strong vendor management experience
- Fluent English communication (written & verbal)
- Proven ability to handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in managing/mentoring a recruitment team.
