Job Description
Acts as Corporate Security liaison for the region, overseeing security, fraud, and vigilance.
Conducts operational risk assessments for proposed Visa Application Centers and passport / VAF movement.
Offers risk ratings for country, region, and location, recommending security countermeasures.
Liaises with local Post and Government authorities regarding security concerns.
Develops and administers the Security budget for the Region.
Integrates security procedures to ensure qualitative, cost-effective, and value-added services.
Ensures critical service levels and contractual obligations are met, reporting deviations.
Sends Management information system reports on performance indicators and handles security issues promptly.
Assists in implementing security policies and data protection laws in business.
Ensures compliance with information security policies.
Coordinates with Projects and Operations Team for new rollouts.
Manages deployment and performance of security personnel, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintains customer (Missions) satisfaction levels on security issues.
Conducts regular safety drills and provides necessary safety measures to employees. Conducts awareness training on security among all employees, contractors, andm vendors.
Coordinates and conducts Internal Risk Assessment Audits for existing Visa Assessment Center and other regions as per schedule.
Job Description
Coordinates and assists with implementation of Visa Assessment Center security operations and with Regional Head and Operations Head to formulate Business Continuity and Crisis Management Plans.
Tracks regional political security scenario and updates the Regional Operations team.
