We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Vault Officer (CSS) for our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the secure handling, verification, and storage of customer valuables within the vault. This also includes conducting integrity checks of all containers, controlling authorized access, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and security standards to our ongoing success and strategic goals. As part of the CSS Team , you will be reporting to the Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives

  • Support the implementation of robust vault control processes to enhance security and operational efficiency
  • Strengthen compliance with group policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements related to cash handling and storage
  • Contribute to risk mitigation by ensuring strict adherence to integrity checks and controlled access procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of vault security and operational discipline.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate with Supervisor to ensure smooth and secure vault operations.
  • Liaise with authorized internal staff and department managers for container releases based on approved requests
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure compliance with vault handling procedures
  • Support communication with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain service standards.

Performance Metrics & Accountability

  • Ensure 100% integrity check of all containers received into the vault.
  • Maintain strict control over the release of containers, ensuring delivery only to authorized personnel.
  • Conduct daily audits of containers and provide accurate summary reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with operating guidelines for vault management and security procedures.
  • Execute assigned duties efficiently in line with management instructions and operational timelines.
  • Must adhere and comply to the G4SSS/ AMSS (QHSSE/ISMS/ITSMS) management system and policies and demonstrate where possible pro-active QHSE practices and leadership

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to improve vault handling processes and security practices.
  • Support implementation of enhanced audit and monitoring practices within the vault environment.
  • Promote adherence to best practices in cash handling, storage, and access control.
  • Contribute to improving operational accuracy and minimizing risk through structured processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of security operations and cash handling procedures.

Additional Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience, preferably in the security or financial services industry
  • Sound knowledge of operational procedures, communication protocols, and security regulations
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage routine operational tasks efficiently.
