We’re looking for reliable and mature individuals with a strong sense of judgment and communication skills. You’ll respond to incidents, assist patrons, and report any suspicious activity to management. Your calmness under pressure will be critical for a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check photo IDs at the entrance for patron access
• Report incidents or suspicious behavior to management
• Provide assistance to employees and guests
• Secure all exits at close of business
• Complete incident reports as needed
Requirements:
• Must stand for long durations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent decision-making judgment
• Ability to remain attentive at all times
• Must hold Smart Choices certification and pass a background check
