Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, user access, and permissions.
- Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, and other core Windows services.
- Perform system patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 level issues related to Windows systems.
- Manage virtualisation platforms like VMware/Hyper-V.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and backup/recovery processes.
- Maintain system documentation and follow compliance standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration.
- Expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Experience in system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an added advantage.
