About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable, licensed Security Guard to join our Alon Management team! This position helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our crew members and guests across our Kansas City locations. You’ll play a key role in promoting safety, preventing theft or disturbances, and supporting our teams with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Do:
- Patrol restaurant property and parking areas to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor activity inside and outside the restaurant to deter theft or disturbances.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate with management as needed.
- Provide a visible security presence to help guests and employees feel safe.
- Travel to various restaurant locations in the Kansas City, MO area as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must hold a valid Security Guard License in Missouri (Kansas license a plus).
- Previous experience in security, loss prevention, or law enforcement preferred.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Professional, calm, and reliable under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
