SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are seeking a highly practical and technically strong Cyber Security Specialist to strengthen our security posture across physical, cloud, and digital environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic situations, enjoys learning new technologies quickly, and wants to make a tangible impact on organizational cyber resilience.

The ideal candidate is both a doer and a thinker—able to design and execute, automate and innovate, advise and implement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Security Architecture & Implementation

  • Define, implement, and maintain cyber security measures across the organization—from physical security systems (access control, surveillance) to digital security tools (MDM, antiphishing, intrusion detection, secure configurations).
  • Operate, monitor, and continuously improve existing security systems and controls.
  • Develop and maintain endpoint, identity, and network security frameworks across Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.

Advisory & Governance

  • Provide expert guidance on strengthening security within Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments.
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments; analyze gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Build and maintain security standards, documentation, and procedures.

Incident Response & Cyber Defense

  • Act as a technical lead during cyber incidents—performing log analysis, eDiscovery, forensic data collection, containment, and recovery actions.
  • Collaborate with IT and crossfunctional teams throughout incident response cycles.
  • Support rootcause analysis and ensure lessons learned feed back into the control framework.

Automation & Engineering

  • Automate repetitive tasks and security operations using Microsoft 365, Azure tools, PowerShell, and Python.
  • Improve system hardening, monitoring pipelines, reporting, and alerting through scripting and workflow automation.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Strong, handson knowledge of:

  • Networking (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Cloud computing (Azure preferred)
  • SaaS ecosystems
  • Identity and access management (Entra ID)
  • Device and application management (Intune / MDM)
  • Threat detection technologies (EDR/XDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS) (Check Point)

Ability to read, write, modify, and troubleshoot PowerShell and Python scripts.

  • Strong command of the English language capable of working in a global environment.
  • Willing to travel occasionally globally.
