Your Impact:

  • Monitor enterprise systems, applications, and networks for security threats, suspicious activities, and security incidents.
  • Investigate cybersecurity incidents, determine root causes, and coordinate remediation activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve incident response plans, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate penetration testing activities.
  • Prioritize identified vulnerabilities based on business risk and ensure timely remediation with IT teams.
  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security controls and security architecture best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend new cybersecurity tools, technologies, and security enhancements.
  • Manage and maintain security platforms including Firewalls, CyberArk PAM, SIEM solutions, SOC Agents, Endpoint Protection, and VAPT tools.
  • Monitor security logs, alerts, and threat intelligence to identify and respond to potential security risks.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, internal policies, and industry standards such as GDPR and PCI-DSS.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Promote cybersecurity awareness by developing and delivering security awareness programs for employees.
  • Document security incidents, investigation findings, remediation activities, and security reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the organization's cybersecurity maturity.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or Security Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, security frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Endpoint Protection, CyberArk PAM, SOC monitoring, and Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT).
  • Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and remediation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, network protocols, and security technologies.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity compliance frameworks and standards such as GDPR and PCI-DSS.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in cyber security or a related discipline.
  • Experience securing cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Confluent Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and secure CI/CD implementations.
  • Experience in incident response, threat hunting, malware analysis, and digital forensics.
