Role Description

The Executive Protection Agent is a full-time, on-site role responsible for providing discreet executive protection, secure movement, protective travel support, logistical coordination, and operational readiness for a designated Principal. Security, protection, and the Principal’s safety are the first and foremost responsibilities of this position.

Day-to-day responsibilities include escorting the Principal between residences, airports, aircraft, vehicles, hotels, meetings, events, and other destinations while maintaining strong situational awareness and appropriate security protocols. The Executive Protection Agent will monitor the Principal’s surroundings during travel, transportation, hotel movements, private aviation operations, and public-facing activities while identifying, communicating, and responding to potential safety, security, logistical, or operational concerns.

The role includes advance preparation and travel readiness responsibilities, including coordinating with drivers, aviation personnel, hotel staff, destination personnel, travel staff, and other support personnel to support secure and efficient movement. The Executive Protection Agent may assist with pre-departure checks, travel item accountability, and protective logistics to ensure critical items, luggage, medical supplies, emergency equipment, work materials, and sensitive materials remain secure, accessible, and accounted for throughout the assignment.

Additional responsibilities include supporting airport operations, private aviation movements, ground transportation, hotel arrivals, accommodation transitions, and return travel while maintaining protective awareness, discretion, and readiness. The Executive Protection Agent may provide limited travel-related support when necessary, provided such support does not interfere with the Agent’s primary responsibility to maintain the Principal’s safety, security, privacy, and protection.

The Executive Protection Agent is expected to maintain a professional, low-profile presence, adapt quickly to changing conditions, communicate effectively with relevant personnel, and support the overall safety, privacy, and operational objectives of each assignment. This position may require extended hours, overnight stays, domestic and international travel, irregular schedules, and flexibility based on the Principal’s itinerary, operational requirements, and protective needs.

  • Prior military experience with security, protective operations, force protection, executive protection, protective driving, surveillance detection, access control, or related security training is strongly preferred.
  • Strong situational awareness, protective judgment, and threat recognition skills, with the ability to identify, communicate, and respond to potential safety, security, logistical, or operational concerns in real time.
  • Experience or training in executive protection, protective operations, secure transportation, route planning, airport operations, private aviation support, hotel movements, and public-facing security environments.
  • Ability to maintain the Principal’s safety, security, privacy, and protection as the primary duty at all times.

  • Ability to maintain accountability for critical items, emergency supplies, medical items, luggage, work materials, sensitive materials, and other entrusted property when required by the assignment.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, sound judgment, and client service, especially when handling private information, schedules, movements, locations, and sensitive materials.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable during extended travel, irregular schedules, changing conditions, and dynamic operational environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team while following company policies, executive protection protocols, lawful operational instructions, and assignment-specific requirements.
  • Prior experience in executive protection, corporate security, law enforcement, military, private aviation security, protective transportation, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; eligibility to obtain and maintain any required licenses, certifications, or credentials related to the assignment.

Candidates must possess an immaculate professional presentation suitable for corporate boardrooms and high-net-worth client environments. Strict adherence to corporate grooming standards and a professional suit-and-tie dress code is required for all operational details
