Kroll’s Enterprise Security Risk Management (ESRM) practice has been engaged by a U.S.-based financial investment firm to identify multiple full-time GSOC Operators for a newly launched Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) located in the greater Denver area.
This role supports global operations through real-time monitoring, incident coordination, travel risk tracking, and crisis response. Operators will serve as a key part of a fast-moving security environment focused on protecting the client’s people, assets, and business operations worldwide.
The GSOC operates in a 24/7/365 environment, and this position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Please note: this is a physical security / operational security role — not a cybersecurity position.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in security operations, emergency management, crisis response, intelligence analysis, or related fields
• Strong incident monitoring and real-time communication skills
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, security technologies, and situational awareness platforms
• Ability to assess evolving situations and make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong written communication and reporting capabilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting in the Denver metropolitan area
• Bachelor’s degree in security studies, criminal justice, law enforcement, or a related discipline is a plus
Compensation:
- $85,000 – $90,000 annually, plus benefits
