We are looking for motivated fresh graduates to join our IT Security Operations team at Takamol. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in IT operations, access management, system monitoring, and enterprise security tools within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring system alerts and operational incidents, and escalate issues when needed.
- Support user access management activities, including account provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining directory services such as Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.
- Support mobile device management and policy enforcement using tools such as Microsoft Intune.
- Assist in monitoring data protection and policy compliance tools.
- Help track vulnerabilities and support patch management activities.
- Participate in documenting incidents, findings, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams on ongoing initiatives and improvement projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Information Security
- Cybersecurity
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, access management, and enterprise tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.
• Good communication skills in English.
