Overview
We’re hiring an IT Security Administrator to protect systems, networks, and data across the organization. This role focuses on monitoring threats, responding to incidents, and improving overall security posture.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents
- Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analysis
- Manage security tools (SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection)
- Support compliance (NIST, ISO, PCI, etc.)
- Manage access control and identity systems
- Lead or support incident response and recovery
- Help improve security processes and best practices
What You Bring
- 5+ years in IT Security / Cybersecurity
- Experience with:
- SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint security
- Cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux environments
- Experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO, PCI, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+)
- Experience with audits, compliance, or vendor management
Work & Compensation
- Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)
