We are currently seeking an experienced Layer 3 Security Coordinator to join a high-profile international project operating in Mozambique.
🔎 Role Overview
This position plays a critical role in coordinating security operations, ensuring safe logistical movements, and maintaining compliance with international security and human rights standards in high-risk environments.
🌍 Work Environment
- Rotational, back-to-back position
- Remote, high-risk operational area with restricted movement
- Tropical conditions with long working hours
- Camp-based role with full accommodation and logistics provided
- 24/7 availability required for emergency response situations
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Swahili (additional local languages are a plus)
- Military or Police background (minimum Senior NCO level)
- Proven experience working with military and law enforcement personnel
- Basic computer skills (Windows environment)
- Minimum high school diploma
