Freelance Security Site Coordinator – Bucharest, Romania
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Security Site Coordinator to support the delivery of a major hospital and healthcare construction project in Bucharest, Romania.
The successful candidate will coordinate the on-site installation of electronic security systems, working closely with subcontractors, project teams, and the client to ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards within a live healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities and specialist security subcontractors
- Monitor installation progress, quality, and programme milestones
- Attend coordination and progress meetings with the client and project team
- Resolve technical and construction issues onsite
- Support testing, commissioning, and final system handover
- Ensure compliance with HSE, healthcare regulations, and project quality standards

Ideal Background
- Previous experience coordinating security or low-current systems on hospital, healthcare, commercial, pharmaceutical, or large public-sector construction projects.
- Strong subcontractor and site coordination experience.
- Experience supporting the installation and commissioning of integrated electronic security systems
- Familiarity with working in live or operational healthcare environments is highly desirable
