Security Systems Site Coordinator (Project-Based Role – Nysa, Poland)

We are seeking a Site Coordinator to support the delivery and installation of integrated security systems across an active industrial construction environment in Nysa, Poland. The role focuses on coordinating the end-to-end execution of electronic security installations, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.

The coordinator will act as the on-site point of contact, ensuring that installation activities are properly planned, executed, and aligned with project requirements. This includes supporting design implementation, coordinating system integration with third-party contractors, and overseeing both internal teams and subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will work closely with the local Project Manager and Senior Project Management team, playing a key role in ensuring smooth site operations and successful system deployment in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate installation, integration, and commissioning of electronic security systems on site
  • Manage and oversee subcontractors and technical teams to ensure delivery against project timelines
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant health, safety, and quality standards
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve technical and site-related issues
  • Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
  • Support coordination between design, installation, and third-party system integration activities
  • Monitor project progress and contribute to meeting key milestones
  • Stay aware of relevant security technology developments and site best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience coordinating electrical or technical installations on construction sites
  • Working knowledge of security systems such as access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
  • Experience working with project schedules, milestones, and planning tools (e.g. MS Project)
  • Confident communication skills in an international project environment
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple buildings and site areas
  • Fluency in English and Polish

Desirable

  • Engineering or technical qualification
  • Exposure to fire alarm systems or wider building safety systems
  • Understanding of construction regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience with technical drawing or design tools such as AutoCAD
