Summary
We are looking for an experienced Security Team Leader to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
As the Security Team Leader, you’ll supervise the security team and ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations and team activities
- Assign duties and coordinate shifts for security staff
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols
- Respond to incidents and support emergency procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality or large facilities
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Good knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Excellent English communication
