We are seeking a versatile and technically sound IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and optimize our technology foundation. This role is critical in ensuring the 24/7 availability of our core systems—from the data center and cloud environment to the Wi-Fi and network connectivity in the corporate office and retail stores, eCommerce and Marketpl
ace.

Teams.

- tivity:Retail Connectivity: Design and troubleshoot robust network solutions for retail stores, ensuring seamless SD-WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity for POS and customer-facin
- g apps.Security: Manage firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Juniper or Palo Alto), endpoint protection (EDR), and ensure network-level security across all loc

Requirements & Quali
ficationsEx
- perience:7–13 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Systems Admini
- stration.Prior experience in Retail, Fashion, or Consumer products, is preferred (not ma
ndatory).
Technic
- al Skills:Operating Systems: Advanced proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux env
- ironments.Networking: Solid understanding of VLANs, Routing, Switching, and Wireless LAN in a multi-site retail en
- vironment.Certifications: MCSE, CCNA, or Azure/AWS certifications are highly
- desirable.Hardware: Experience with server hardware (HP/Dell), storage (NAS/SAN), and structure
d cabling.
