Responsibilities
- Communicate with business users to understand the business needs to define project scopes and specifications.
- Implement and maintain the integration with international card schemes such as VISA/Mastercard/NBC CSS/ACS, etc.
- Develop and configure to integrate with 3rd parties’ payment system, including local payment system and international payment gateways.
- Configure and customize Card Management System products and services as business requirement.
- Support daily operation in Card Management System
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues in Card Management System
- Fix issues in Card Management System and support testing with related stakeholders
- Keep monitoring and resolving issues in help desk system
- Constantly follow up the related stakeholders and vendors for root cause and solution
- Conduct self-testing on Card Management System solutions before UAT testing
- Set up the testing, pilot, and production environments.
- Prepare checklists and related documents for subordinates’ execution
- Implement the solutions in production environment
- Document the application user guide and provide training to the users
- Review Card Management System User Profile and Access Rights
- Deploy Card Management System Security Patches (Application Level)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Any related tasks assigned by supervisor or management from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in IT or related fields
- 2 years of experiences in Card Management System, Switching, and International Schemes
- Experiences on implementation project of CMS system, international card scheme integration, and relevant Digital Products
- Experiences of TX Card Management System is a plus
- Knowledge of JAVA Development
- Knowledge of system and log analysis, configuration, patching, API, HSM, personalization system, ATM / POS / E-Com, Security, and PCI DSS
- Good command of Khmer and English
- Good written and verbal communication skills
