Job Description:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the overall business strategy of Security Bank.
- Lead the planning and architecture of all IT systems and platforms to ensure they are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
- Oversee the development and integration of new technological platforms, including digital banking, mobile applications, and data analytics systems.
- Manage the bank's IT portfolio, ensuring that all projects and initiatives deliver maximum value and are aligned with strategic objectives.
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing advanced technologies such as AI, blockchain, and cloud computing
- Establish robust governance and compliance processes to ensure all IT activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Years of Work Experience: 15+
- Required Certification/Professional License: any relevant Microsoft, enterprise architecture certificate
- Field of Specialization (if applicable): 15+ years in banking industry with solid 10 years in leading team
- Proven experience and a strategic thinking Technical Leader having proven, demonstrable capabilities in all aspects of technology like business applications, middleware, database technology, best practices, quality improvements and productivity improvements
- Proven experience as a leader in a digital financial leadership role with demonstrable experience of delivering digital transformation solutions
- Solid experience in technology, API Architect with focus on diverse API management platforms, enterprise architecture leadership roles.
- Strong experience in large-scale technology transformation programs.
- Experience in banking, financial services industry.
