Euro-Vigil (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for Trainee Patrol Officer (Operations)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Work under the direct supervision of the assigned Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Operations) to support daily operational activities.
- Arrange the deployment of Security Guards/Armed Guards through own sourcing and ensure timely placement at assigned posts after completion of training at the Euro Vigil Training Centre.
- Prepare guard duty schedules and submit weekly duty rosters to the office.
- Coordinate the distribution of logistics to field guards and ensure proper turnout and uniform compliance.
- Organize Event Support services as per operational requirements.
- Conduct scheduled night patrol duties assigned by the Operations Department.
- Ensure on-site job training for Security Guards, Post Supervisors, and Armed Guards in coordination with the Training Instructor.
- Monitor service quality at client sites, collect feedback, take corrective measures, and report to the Operations Department.
- Facilitate bank account openings for Guards/Armed Guards to enable salary disbursement.
- Supervise and maintain mess facilities for guard accommodation and food management.
- Ensure issuance of ID cards, uniforms, and other necessary logistics after guard admission.
- Provide regular operational reports to the line manager and promptly escalate critical issues.
- Perform any other duties assigned by higher management to support operational objectives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Skills Required: Security Management, Training & Development, Risk Management, Fire safety Management
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Security Service
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Personal motorcycle and valid motorcycle license are mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence to take challenge.
- Good command in Microsoft office specially excels for daily reporting.
- Analytics skill and working ability for team development.
- Expert in data entry both Bangla and English.

Salary
